Join us for our weekly Yoga and Art Immersion evening sessions at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki. These after-work classes offer a unique opportunity to stretch, balance and unwind in a serene setting surrounded by stunning art and architecture.

Each session lasts one hour and includes:

  • Gentle warm-up stretches
  • Progression to stronger poses, with a focus on flow, balance and breathing
  • A calming warm-down with breathing practice, ending with a brief relaxation or meditation.

These sessions are open to those aged 14 years and over, from beginners to more experienced yogis. Bookings are essential as we are not accepting over-the-counter purchases on the day.
