Una Platts (1908-2005) was an eminent New Zealand artist, teacher and writer. She wrote Nineteenth Century New Zealand Artists (1979) and The Lively Capital, Auckland 1840-1865 (1971) as well as contributing to many exhibition catalogues. This collection of forty seven catalogues for exhibitions held in New Zealand between 1885 and 1988, includes many with comments or notes and/or her ownership signature.
